Andreas Trösch to also assume responsibility for Communications and Corporate Responsibility departments at NORMA Group

Maintal, Germany, March 19, 2020 – NORMA Group, a global market leader in engineered joining technology, is merging its Investor Relations, Group Communications and Corporate Responsbility departments. Andreas Trösch will assume responsibility for the Group Communications and Corporate Responsbility departments from April 1, 2020, in addition to his role as Vice President of Investor Relations. His predecessor at Group Communications, Daphne Recker, has decided to leave the company to pursue new career challenges.

“In Andreas Trösch, an experienced capital market expert and communicator is taking over the communication and sustainability work of NORMA Group. We look forward to continuing our good working relationship,” said Dr. Michael Schneider, CEO of NORMA Group. “We thank Daphne Recker for her commitment over the past nine years and wish her all the best for the future.”

As part of the “Get on track” transformation program announced in November 2019 and the changes it entails, NORMA Group intends to integrate the Group’s communications departments even better in the future.

“In times of rapid change, we want to ensure transparency and target-oriented communication by taking this integrated approach. We will then be able to coordinate our communication with all of the company’s stakeholders even better in the future,” adds Andreas Trösch.

Andreas Trösch looks back on more than 15 years of capital market experience. Before he took over as Vice President Investor Relations at NORMA Group in 2011 in the context of the IPO, he was Head of Investor Relations at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen and prior to that Investor Relations Manager at HeidelbergCement. He began his professional career after completing his business studies by working for an auditing and tax consulting firm.
