NORMA Group’s water management production in Malaysia and India is already certified according to the ISO 9001 standard. In general, all NORMA Group plants are being certified according to an international quality standard: ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 for the automotive sector or EN 9100 for the aviation industry.

NORMA Group takes a global and standardized approach to quality management and therefore strives for industry approved certifications of all sites worldwide. Local quality managers at each site ensure that global standards are implemented. The key indicators for measuring product quality are the number of defective parts per million and quality-related customer complaints. Both figures have been improving in recent years.
