NORMA Group welcomes four new apprentices

Maintal, Germany, September 1, 2020NORMA Group, a global market leader in engineered joining technology, is welcoming four new apprentices today. The school graduates begin their apprenticeships in four different professions that require vocational training at the company’s headquarters in Maintal. Over the next few years, these new recruits will be professionally trained to be mechatronics technician, machine and plant operators, industrial mechanics and tool mechanic. The apprenticeship as machine and plant operator will take two years and the apprenticeship as mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic and tool mechanic each three and a half years.

“We are very pleased that promising talents have decided to start their career with NORMA Group again this year,” said Grit Schieborowsky, Managing Director of NORMA Germany. “Qualified employees are the basis for the company’s success, which is why we have been training specialized employees ourselves for decades.”

NORMA Group employs a total of 31 apprentices in industrial-technical and commercial professions at its German sites in Maintal and Gerbershausen.
