  • Economical alternative to bridge clamps
  • Substitutes a large number of clamp variants
  • Developed specially for spiral hoses in HVAC applications

NORMA Group, a global market leader in engineered joining technology, has developed the HVAC Clip, a new fastening system for the sanitary, heating and air-conditioning sectors. With its patented geometry, the plastic clip spans the wires of spiral hoses, enabling secure fixation and reliable fastening. In combination with a cable tie, the clip covers a wide range of diameters as well as right- and left-hand spiral hoses.

“With the HVAC Clip, we are offering our customers in the infrastructure sector a highly flexible and economical alternative to conventional bridge clamps,” said Bernd Kleinhens, CEO of NORMA Group. “The clip is suited for a wide variety of spiral hose attachments. Therefore, our customers no longer have to keep a large number of different clamps in stock, an enormous advantage for wholesalers and sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technicians.”

The HVAC Clip is especially well suited for the attachment of spiral hoses in heating and ventilation systems, in air conditioning systems as well as for the ventilation of greenhouses and clean rooms. The clip also attaches the hoses quickly and securely in systems for extracting welding fumes. The fastening can be done by using a simple tool or by hand; the disassembly is also possible within seconds.

The HVAC Clip consists of thermoplastics and is resistant to extreme temperatures and numerous external influences. It weighs less than two grams.
