Guido Grandi to become CEO of NORMA Group on June 1

Maintal, Germany, April 12, 2023

Effective June 1, 2023, Guido Grandi (51) will become CEO of NORMA Group. The Supervisory Board of NORMA Group today appointed him as the future Chairman of the Management Board. Currently, Miguel Ángel López Borrego (58) is acting as interim CEO. As from June 1, 2023, he will resume his position as a member of the Supervisory Board of NORMA Group.

Guido Grandi has many years of management experience in Germany and the United States. Most recently, he was CEO of WKW AG. Among other things, he was responsible for the realignment of the company into divisions, comprehensive refinancing and the acquisition of new business. The international WKW Group, headquartered in Wuppertal, Germany, manufactures trims, functional components and roof rail systems for vehicles. Guido Grandi’s previous career stations include thyssenkrupp, Ford and United Technologies Corporation. He is a German citizen and graduate mechanical engineer with focus on aerospace engineering and MBA. He started his career as a development engineer at Ford Werke AG and has profound experience in supply chain management. He will introduce himself to the shareholders at NORMA Group’s Annual General Meeting on May 11, 2023.
