Since 2013, 100% of NORMA Group’s shares are attributable to free float. Through active investor relations activities, the NORMA Group share has gained international recognition. Thus the importance of foreign institutional investors increased constantly. Meanwhile we have a regionally broadly diversified shareholder base with a high share of international investors, mainly from the United Kingdom, Germany, the US, France and Scandinavia. The Management Board of NORMA Group holds around 0.04% of the shares.
